Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Scuba Analytics platform. Build and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale datasets. Implement data transformations and ensure efficient schema design. Develop automation scripts using Python/Shell to streamline operations. Provide L2/L3 production support including incident, problem, and change management. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs. Participate in on-call rotations and support critical production systems. Maintain system health through proactive monitoring and alerting. Work with data pipelines (ETL/ELT) ensuring data quality and integrity. Implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks. Collaborate with engineering teams on data ingestion and transformation processes. Set up and maintain monitoring/logging solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, CloudWatch). Configure alerts and dashboards for system observability. Support reliability engineering practices and performance tuning. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Document processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides. Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Scuba Analytics platform (dashboards, queries, data modeling). Strong SQL expertise (CTEs, window functions, performance tuning). Experience with scripting (Python/Shell) for automation. Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and schema design. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, CloudWatch). Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Knowledge of security practices (RBAC, PII handling, audit compliance). 6+ years of experience in analytics platforms, data engineering, or application support. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (technical & business stakeholders). Tools: Git (Azure Repos / GitHub / GitLab), Azure DevOps Pipelines / GitHub Actions, ServiceNow / JIRA Service Management, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, SharePoint. Nice-to-have: Deep expertise in Scuba Analytics, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse), workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Data Factory, Step Functions), observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic), SRE/DevOps practices, domain knowledge in healthcare, life sciences, or CRM analytics.
