About the role
- Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting data migration projects in banking. Focus on ETL, data transformation, data mapping, and stakeholder collaboration for system modernization.
Responsibilities
- Support the migration of data from legacy data warehouses to new systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop and execute data mapping, ETL processes, and data transformation workflows. Work with Data Bricks, JSON, and APIs to facilitate data integration and processing. Contribute to requirements gathering by writing clear and detailed user stories. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams. Support data quality assurance and validation activities throughout project phases. Document processes, data flows, and transformation logic for ongoing reference.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst in a banking or financial services environment. Strong expertise in Data Mapping, ETL, Data Bricks, and Data Transformation. Understanding of JSON format and API integration. Experience working with Core Banking systems (must-have). Proven ability to write user stories and gather requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
