Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management and project readiness activities for complex, cross-functional initiatives. Partner with business leaders to define problem statements, business objectives, and success measures. Gather, analyze, and document change management deliverables. Support development of current and future state business process models. Develop operational readiness and sustainment plans. Collaborate with Technology, Change Management, Process, and delivery teams. Provide status reporting and insights. Ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Identify and manage change risks, gaps, and dependencies. Contribute to continuous improvement of change management practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading change management initiatives within large, complex organizations. Strong hands-on experience in change management, training, process optimization, operating model design, and outcome definition. Demonstrated ability to support large-scale programs in regulated environments. Experience partnering with technology teams on organizational readiness and adoption planning. Strong understanding of project and program delivery lifecycles. Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance enterprise standards with practical execution. Excellent communication, documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills. Preferred: Experience in Wealth Management, Insurance, Group Benefits, Operations, or similarly complex domains. Experience with enterprise transformation or operational readiness programs.
