About the role
- Senior Full-Stack Developer building backend services (Python, AWS, Kubernetes) and frontend dashboards (React + TypeScript) for a workflow and data analytics platform. Hybrid role in Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate backend services (Python, AWS, Kubernetes) and frontend dashboards (React + TypeScript). Design APIs, handle data workflows, and implement cloud infrastructure with Terraform. Influence core technical decisions and mentor junior engineers. Work in a high-autonomy, fast-feedback environment with a small, passionate team.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years professional experience in full-stack development. Strong Python backend skills + React/TypeScript frontend experience. Cloud-native experience (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) and production deployment ownership. Comfortable with hybrid work (3 days/week in Toronto office). Startup or early-stage experience preferred — you know how to go from 0 → 1.
