About the role
- Senior Full-Stack Developer role at a high-growth startup. Own systems end-to-end, lead technical decisions, and work with Python, React, TypeScript, AWS, and Terraform in a hybrid Toronto environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical decisions and ship production-ready systems. Work on a modern stack: Python backend (microservices, AWS Lambda/EKS) + React + TypeScript frontend. Manage Postgres databases, Terraform infrastructure, and observability with Grafana. Influence architecture, mentor peers, and deliver visible impact.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years professional experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS startups or product-led companies. Proven 0→1 delivery experience: building features/products from scratch. Comfortable in Toronto office 3 days/week. Systems thinker with ownership mindset, autonomy, and low ego. Candidates must have LinkedIn and GitHub profiles to be considered.
