Requirements
- 5–7+ years professional engineering experience. Strong startup/high-growth product background. True full-stack capability (frontend + backend). Production ownership (monitoring, debugging, performance). Systems thinking (caching, async behavior, race conditions). Comfortable working hybrid in downtown Toronto.
