  • Senior Organizational Change Manager needed for Government of Alberta remote contract. Develop change strategies, stakeholder analysis, and support transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies, perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, create communication, engagement, and resistance management plans, conduct readiness assessments and monitor change adoption, collaborate with project managers, business teams, vendors, and executives, deliver presentations and facilitate stakeholder meetings, support successful implementation of technology and business transformation initiatives.
