About the role
- Senior Organizational Change Manager needed for a 10-month contract with the Government of Alberta, remote within Canada with occasional onsite in Edmonton.

- We’re looking for an experienced Senior Organizational Change Manager to support the OPGT Information System Replacement project.
Requirements
- Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent) + 8+ years of related experience; 1+ year as an Organizational Change Manager on a complex technology/software implementation; 8+ years developing change strategies, readiness assessments, impact analyses, resistance management plans, and related deliverables; 5+ years developing stakeholder communications and engagement materials.
