About the role
- Senior Project Manager/Leader for privacy-focused digital health initiatives. Lead PIAs, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and ensure PHIPA/FIPPA compliance in hybrid Toronto role.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale digital health initiatives. Coordinate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and privacy consultations. Oversee privacy vendor engagements across enterprise programs. Manage privacy risk identification, mitigation, and executive reporting. Drive change management across clinical, technical, and operational teams. Ensure alignment with OPS I&IT methodologies. Deliver executive dashboards, risk briefings, and governance reporting.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years managing electronic/digital health projects. Experience deploying or supporting clinical software systems. 1–2+ years hands-on Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps experience. Proven public sector experience (healthcare preferred). Strong expertise in scope, risk, governance, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Teams. Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
