About the role
- Hiring 3 Senior Project Managers for business-driven transformation in Global Risk Management. Toronto contract, $100-$103/hr.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale strategic programs across multiple business groups, including regulatory, audit, risk, operational efficiency, and process transformation initiatives. Manage integrated program delivery plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance. Oversee executive steering committees, senior stakeholder updates, and program-level communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, vendors, and internal teams. Drive change leadership to support adoption and business outcomes. Manage program budgets up to $20MM yearly spend.
Requirements
- 10+ years as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager. Strong PMBOK-based project/program management experience. Experience managing complex, large-scale initiatives with senior stakeholder visibility. Strong use of PM tools such as Clarity, MS Project, SharePoint, SDLC repositories. Excellent executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Nice to have: Banking/financial services experience, Risk Management project experience, Third Party Risk Management experience, Model development project exposure (IFRS9, IRB, AIRB), Spanish bilingual capability for at least one opening, PMP certification.
