- Senior Python Developer contract position involving full lifecycle application development, working with Python, GCP services (Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub), data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy), Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
Requirements
- 8+ years of development experience (Java, Python, or C++) with full lifecycle application development. 3+ years of recent, hands-on Python programming experience. Exposure to architecture patterns (message-based systems, ETL, SQL batch, real-time processing, scheduled jobs). Strong experience with Pandas DataFrames and NumPy. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub). Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. Solid SQL skills. Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design. Knowledge of Python best practices and version control (Git/Bitbucket).
