About the role
- Senior ServiceNow Developer role designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for security workflows. 6-month contract with possible extension, requiring 8-10 years IT development experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for security assessment workflows. Configure advanced Service Catalog workflows using Flow Designer. Develop integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server. Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Actions, and more. Create scoring models and risk assessment frameworks. Ensure alignment with SDLC, QA, compliance, and enterprise standards. Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements.
Requirements
- Must-Have Experience: 8–10 years in IT development. 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development. Strong JavaScript (5+ years). ServiceNow Advanced System Admin (or equivalent training). Proven experience with scripting, ACLs, integrations (REST/SOAP). Nice to Have: Experience with ServiceNow transformation initiatives. Integration with third‑party systems. Exposure to Application Security Assessment processes. ITIL or ServiceNow CAD certification. Agile/Scrum experience.
