Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions—especially Employee Center (EC) and complex HR integrations such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role is critical in creating seamless and intuitive employee experiences through optimized HR workflows, lifecycle events, portals, and secure solutions. Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing HRSD modules (HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center/EC Pro, HR Knowledge Management), building self-service experiences using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Service Portal framework, implementing automation using Flow Designer, Workflow, JavaScript, Glide API, integrating HRSD with SuccessFactors EC, Workday, and other HR systems via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, ensuring accurate data flow for HR processes, configuring role-based access controls (RBAC), maintaining data confidentiality, conducting testing, maintaining documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying current with new ServiceNow releases.
Requirements
5+ years ServiceNow development. 3+ years HRSD + Employee Center. Strong understanding of platform architecture & HRSD data model. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Glide scripting. Experience integrating with SuccessFactors EC or similar. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — Must Have. ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist — Must Have. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Excellent communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills.
