About the role
- Senior Solutions Designer – CRM needed for a contract role in Toronto, ON. Must have 10+ years of Siebel CRM experience and expertise in enterprise solution design.
Responsibilities
- Design enterprise CRM hosting and application solutions based on client requirements and architectural standards. Gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Develop solution blueprints and technical documentation. Evaluate existing CRM systems and recommend enhancements or modernization strategies. Support implementation, migration, integration, and long-term sustainability of CRM platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing large, complex Siebel CRM solutions. 10+ years of experience evaluating existing systems for performance, scalability, and modernization. Strong ability to gather and analyze business requirements, IT mandates, strategic plans, and technology standards. Experience developing end-to-end CRM solution designs aligned with architectural standards and best practices. Proven experience planning, migrating, implementing, and supporting enterprise CRM initiatives. Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
