About the role
- Service Designer with 5+ years experience in service design, journey maps, and digital transformation. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and available for occasional onsite in Edmonton.

Requirements
- Must have minimum 5 years working as a Service Designer with digital/data products. 5 years' experience with journey maps & service blueprints. 5 years' experience analyzing research data and presenting findings. 5 years' experience in service innovation, program review or digital transformation. 5 years' experience planning, conducting and analyzing behavioral/ethnographic field research. Preferred candidates will have public sector experience with digital transformation within Alberta.
