About the role
- Hiring Service Designers for a contract role in Ontario. Requires 2+ years of experience, preferably in public sector.
Responsibilities
- Service Designers will work with cross-functional product teams in an Agile environment, conducting service design research, qualitative field research, leading co-design workshops, and performing usability testing. Experience in service innovation, program review, or digital transformation is required.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Minimum 2 years working as a Service Designer, preferably within provincial public sector environments. 2 years’ experience with service design research and outputs, working with cross-functional product teams (Agile environment), service innovation/program review/digital transformation, qualitative field research, leading co-design workshops, usability testing, and organizational change. Preferred candidates have public sector experience with digital transformational work in Alberta.
