About the role

  • Support 24/7 data centre operations and technology infrastructure as a Systems Administration / Operations Support Specialist in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Support 24/7 data centre operations and technology infrastructure. This is an on-site position with 4-on, 4-off rotating 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

  • 5 years of technology-related experience, 2 years of Service Desk Support experience, strong analytical/troubleshooting/communication skills, experience with Enterprise Automation Scheduling, experience supporting data centre operations and infrastructure environments, ability to work independently in a 24/7 operational environment, proficiency in at least 5 of: Technical Troubleshooting, Data Backup & Migration, Computer Operations, Data Centre Administration, Production Control, Enterprise Automation Scheduling, Data Centre Facilities Management, System & Console Operations, Technology Systems Management, Records Management & Archiving. Additional: 5+ years System Administration, 3+ years Service Desk, 3+ years Troubleshooting.
