About the role

  • Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD Developer needed for a 10-month contract in Toronto. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade HR solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions that power employee experience across a large-scale enterprise environment. You will work closely with architects, HR technology leaders, and engineering teams to build and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. This role is part of a multi-year digital transformation initiative modernizing HR systems and employee service delivery.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of ServiceNow development/configuration experience; 2–3+ years of hands-on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation; strong experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST / SOAP / APIs); end-to-end lifecycle delivery (build → test → deploy → support); strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture & design principles; experience writing technical documentation and reporting; CIS-HR or ServiceNow Administrator certification (required).
