- Lead high-profile Synthetic Prime expansion projects in financial services, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Synthetic Prime expansion projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams including trading, equities, and global markets, facilitate stakeholder engagement with executives, establish project governance, communicate status and risks, develop plans and budgets, mitigate risks, apply change management, manage vendor relationships, and support benefits realization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in financial services; strong stakeholder management; extensive background in equities, global markets, or trading; solid understanding of trading processes; exceptional communication; experience in ambiguous environments; proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
