Coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project progress. Facilitate clear and consistent communication between business and technology teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, establishing trust and transparency. Effectively manage vendor relationships, asking the right questions to keep projects on track. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and risks to proactively address issues and ensure quality outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in project management within banking or financial services. Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on delivering technology projects. Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and resource planning. Excellent communication skills tailored for stakeholder engagement at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including vendors, to meet project objectives. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
