- Hiring Sr Workday developer position for Canada location Contract and Remote. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development, with a strong focus on Workday Financials. Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, and Report Writer. Experience with SOX compliance, including secure design and audit-readiness of integrations in similar sized public organizations. Strong background in error handling, logging, and alerting for integrations. Experience building or maintaining dashboards for integration monitoring. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus. Excellent at both written and verbal communication, ensuring code, documentation, and discussions are equally clear and effective. Ability to translate technical concept into business-friendly language.
