Responsibilities
Act as a primary liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and vendors for assigned initiatives. Develop and maintain high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) using established standards. Create current-state and future-state process flow diagrams to support solution design and stakeholder alignment. Create data mapping documentation to support integrations, including source-to-target mappings and data validation rules. Collaborate with Integration, Middleware, and Architecture teams to support reliable data flow and shared understanding of system impacts. Lead business stakeholders through structured decision-making and requirement sign-off processes. Drive accountability across stakeholders and escalate when risks or decision delays threaten delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems delivery, or product-related roles. Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders and integrations. Strong experience producing BRDs, process flows, traceability matrix, and UAT-related documentation. Ability to learn new systems quickly and understand end-to-end process and data impacts. Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise IT concepts. Proficiency with Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira and diagramming tools (Visio/Lucidchart) is an asset.
