About the role
- CDW seeks 3-4 Technical Support Analysts for a 1-week contract to provide onsite IT support at a conference in Vancouver, BC.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for a Global Leadership Conference with 150 users, including event and end-user support, audio-visual and meeting support, network and connectivity assistance, pre-event setup and testing, and incident management and escalation.
Requirements
- Experience providing onsite IT support for events, conferences, or corporate environments; strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices (iOS/Android), Wi-Fi/network connectivity; familiarity with Google Workspace; experience with AV equipment and conferencing tools; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to remain calm in high-pressure environments.
