Systems Testing/QA Specialist role focusing on performance & load testing for Ontario Public Sector client. Long - term onsite contract in Toronto starting April 2026.
About the role
- Test Lead (QA) with 6-8 years experience to drive QA initiatives in Agile environment. Banking/financial services domain experience required.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end quality assurance initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in IT QA / Testing. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Lead. Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA best practices. Hands-on experience with HP ALM / Quality Center. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence. Experience with testing tools such as Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI (or similar). Exposure to automated testing frameworks. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is mandatory.
