About the role
- Hiring Intermediate UX Designer for a contract role in Toronto, ON. Must have experience in Figma, Axure, and leading complex digital service design.
Responsibilities
- The UX Designer will lead the design of complex digital services from concept to production, applying expert knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design processes. Responsibilities include developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations, and reports, as well as conducting research, user research, and usability testing. The role also involves designing accessible online services and using AI tools to support UI/UX design activities.
Requirements
- Must have experience in leading the design of complex digital services from concept to production; expert knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design processes, user experience principles; experience in Figma and Axure; demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports; experience in conducting research, user research, usability testing; experience in designing online services to be accessible by default; proficient with design and prototyping software, digital collaboration and web conferencing tools; demonstrates effective use of AI tools to support UI/UX design activities.
