About the role

  • UX/UI Designer for enterprise applications in banking. Lead UX research, design workflows, create prototypes in Figma, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX research: stakeholder interviews, personas, workflow analysis. Translate complex business & regulatory requirements into intuitive designs. Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes (Figma). Design responsive, accessible UI aligned with enterprise design systems. Collaborate with BAs, Developers (React), QA, and PMs in Agile environments. Support gap analysis between legacy and future-state workflows. Participate in IST, QA, and UAT cycles with UX-focused test scenarios. Ensure WCAG accessibility and usability standards are met. Contribute to scalable UX frameworks and reusable components. Maintain UX documentation, standards, and design libraries.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of UX/UI experience (enterprise or financial services). Strong experience designing workflow-driven enterprise applications. Expertise in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration). Experience with usability testing + QA/UAT support. Experience working with React-based development teams.
