About the role

  • Web Specialist role editing/optimizing web content for clarity, accuracy, and accessibility. Requires 3-5+ years experience in web content writing/editing with AODA/WCAG knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and optimize web content for clarity, accuracy, and accessibility. Ensure compliance with AODA, WCAG, and digital content standards. Translate complex information into plain language. Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and communications teams. Analyze website performance (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics). Conduct content audits and recommend improvements. Support content workflows, reporting, and governance.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in web content writing/editing (Healthcare/Public Sector preferred). Strong expertise in web copywriting, editing & plain language writing. Knowledge of digital content best practices. Experience with AODA & WCAG accessibility standards. Proven experience in content audits and optimization. Strong stakeholder collaboration skills. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics).
