- This is a leadership role responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of IT professionals to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise applications. The role drives agile delivery, ensures production stability, and contributes to the organization’s technology roadmap while fostering high-performing teams through coaching, recruitment, and performance management.
Requirements
- Strong experience in solution architecture, application development, and system design, with deep expertise in delivering complex enterprise solutions across Salesforce and Workday platforms. Proven background in enterprise integrations using Java/JEE technologies and event streaming tools like Kafka. Ability to lead agile delivery teams, drive DevOps and CI/CD practices across cloud and SaaS environments, and build strong business and technical relationships. Bring a strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to technology roadmaps, enable secure use of digital analytics, and communicate effectively through strong presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
