About the role

  • Senior Product Manager at Acquia leading commercial execution of AI-Native Cloud Platform and managing product lifecycle transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Unified Rollout: Own the go-to-market execution for our standardized platform architecture, ensuring the global field is equipped to drive expansion and modernization immediately.
  • Platform Transition Management: Manage high-stakes product lifecycle transitions for enterprise-grade solutions. You will maintain customer trust and business continuity while moving a global install base to modern, high-performance standards.
  • Lifecycle Value Alignment: Partner with Account Management and Success teams to ensure customers are consistently mapped to the platform capabilities that best support their growth. You will serve as a strategic guide during key transition points, ensuring customers have a clear path to adopting the modern, AI-native services that drive superior experiences for their end-users.
  • Agentic Collaboration: Act as a "Context Contributor" within the team. Collaborate with peer PMs to build a shared library of strategic context, allowing the team to use autonomous agents to scale pricing, documentation, and security modeling.
  • Accelerated Enablement: Leverage our agentic engine to drastically reduce the time it takes to produce market-facing collateral, turning roadmap milestones into commercial wins at an accelerated pace.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a heavy emphasis on PaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or complex B2B Enterprise Software.
  • Strategic Communication: Proven ability to synthesize complex technical roadmaps and "autonomous cloud" concepts into high-impact narratives for Executive Leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Agentic Workflow Leadership: A propensity for thriving in evolving, AI-enhanced development cycles. You are comfortable moving away from rigid, manual processes in favor of context-driven workflows.
  • Collaborative Diplomacy: Experience navigating the "healthy tension" between Engineering, Sales, and Support, acting as the glue that keeps these organizations aligned.
  • Location: Must be based in Canada or Costa Rica. This role requires real-time support for our primary Field and Sales regions during ET and CST business hours.
