About the role

  • Proposal Coordinator at Aecon managing bid proposals and collaborating with estimating and operations teams for infrastructure projects. Ensuring compliance and quality control throughout the proposal process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as single point of contact with the client and assign deliverables
  • Develop proposal outline, schedule/facilitate kickoff calls, ensure RFP compliance
  • Write various proposal sections, including executive summaries and project descriptions
  • Manage proposal content management database and content libraries
  • Participate in proposal strategy and review sessions

Requirements

  • 1-3 yrs of proposal experience, and/or post-secondary education with transferrable skills
  • Strong English language and writing skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced/agile environment with competing priorities
  • Collaborative team environment skills
