- Proposal Manager developing client-focused budgets and proposals for Phase I-IV clinical trials. Collaborating with teams to prepare high-quality responses to client RFPs at Precision for Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Develop client focused budgets and proposals for Phase I-IV clinical trials
- Prepare budgets, proposal text and re-bids to support RFP responses for global opportunities
- Complete budget and proposal deliverables with promptness and accuracy
- Review RFP documents from clients and help identify key service requirements
- Coordinate and lead core RFP development meetings
- Develop full project budgets using costing tool template
- Prepare proposal text using departmental text templates
- Communicate and coordinate with all partners and third-party vendors
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of budget and proposal text edits
- Respond to client questions regarding proposed budget and operational strategy
- Assist in the maintenance of departmental records and internal reporting requirements
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience of proposal and/or contract development experience
