About the role
- Proposal Coordinator developing RFP and client-qualification documents for GFL Environmental, a diversified environmental services provider. Coordinating deadline-sensitive proposals with Sales and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Produce deadline-sensitive deliverables such as qualification packages and document reviews
- Maintain priority documents required for proposals
- Assist with developing timely, high-quality, and competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and similar requests
- Assist with contractual reviews
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to develop RFP and client-qualification documents
Requirements
- Relevant University degree or diploma
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Exceptional project and time management skills with the ability to remain well-organized
- Detail focused
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Strong graphics skills
- Experience and success working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and delivering time-sensitive submissions
- Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
- Must provide valid documentation confirming eligibility to work before starting
