- Senior Product Manager for AI Solutions at Agiloft, a trusted global leader in contract lifecycle management software. Own vision and strategy for AI-driven contract intelligence capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered contract intelligence and obligations management.
- Drive measurable adoption, engagement, and value realization across AI solutions.
- Define, monitor, and act on product success metrics and usage data.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Develop and execute deprecation and sunset strategies for legacy capabilities.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across the contract lifecycle.
- Ensure AI solutions are trustworthy, explainable, and aligned with enterprise customer needs.
- Represent AI solutions in executive discussions and strategic planning.
- Mentor and guide other product managers and contribute to product best practices.
- Act as a thought leader and evangelist for Agiloft’s AI strategy internally and externally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning complex product areas end to end.
- Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered products with strong adoption.
- Deep experience defining and driving usage-based and outcome-based metrics.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline.
- Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
