About the role
- Acumatica consultant leading manufacturing ERP implementations for Aktion Associates, a North American ERP reseller. Supporting clients, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction remotely.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support client software implementations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines
- Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation
- Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual
- Manufacturing Industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated accounting/financial skill
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred
- Mid-west preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
