About the role

  • Product Owner driving high-impact transformation initiatives by collaborating with strategists, architects, and AI experts to deliver tangible business value. Focused on agile methodologies and comprehensive product management.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a clear, measurable product backlog;
  • Translate business vision into actionable increments;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, data, UX, AI);
  • Prioritize features based on ROI and strategic alignment;
  • Work with stakeholders to refine scope and outcomes;
  • Ensure consistent delivery of value, sprint after sprint.
  • At the program / large-scale agile level:
  • Coordinate multiple teams within large-scale agile frameworks;
  • Contribute to PI planning and roadmap alignment;
  • Navigate governance without slowing delivery;
  • Align product strategy with organizational objectives.
  • At the portfolio level:
  • Contribute to portfolio prioritization and value-stream alignment;
  • Support strategic multi-product roadmaps;
  • Participate in Lean portfolio management;
  • Bridge product insights with enterprise transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner (ideally in an enterprise context);
  • Experience in product strategy, discovery, and delivery;
  • Experience with scaled agile frameworks (certifications optional);
  • Strong expertise in backlog management and refinement;
  • Comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments;
  • Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts;
  • Ability to challenge the status quo constructively.
  • Language skills
  • French: Fluent
  • English: Advanced
  • Please note that advanced English is required due to the nature of the role, including regular communication with employees and managers outside Quebec.
