About the role

Salesforce Developer responsible for implementing technical solutions to transform business processes on the Salesforce platform. Collaborating with solution architects and stakeholders in complex, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Components and other native Salesforce technologies.
Customize Salesforce to meet functional and technical requirements.
Design and implement business process automation mechanisms.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of data flows and integrations with external systems.
Participate in the deployment of Salesforce applications across environments (DEV, QA, PROD).
Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
Participate in technical reviews, testing, and remediation activities to ensure deliverable reliability.
Apply and adhere to Salesforce standards, development best practices, and security and performance guidelines.
Contribute to performance optimization and the stability of solutions in production.

Strong technical expertise on the Salesforce platform.
Ability to understand business challenges and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Comfortable working in complex, structured, and regulated environments.
Collaborative mindset and a strong focus on deliverable quality.
Experience in business domains such as financial services, compliance and regulation, contact centers, or customer service environments.
Knowledge of Six Sigma principles (Green Belt).
