About the role

Salesforce Solution Architecture Advisor responsible for designing and governing scalable Salesforce solutions. Collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

Design robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce architectures, taking into account performance, compliance, and governance requirements;
Define multi-cloud Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing/Campaign Management, and Financial Services Cloud;
Develop and implement the Salesforce integration strategy with existing systems (APIs, ERP, financial systems, regulatory platforms, BPM tools, and workflow solutions);
Define, document, and enforce Salesforce standards and architecture best practices;
Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams and act as the technical authority;
Actively participate in Salesforce governance decisions (architecture, data, security, integrations, organizational models, delivery cycles);
Ensure solution consistency in multi-organization contexts and enterprise-wide deployments.

Strong technical leadership and excellent collaboration skills;
Strong analytical skills, ability to simplify complex concepts, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences;
Ability to operate in complex, regulated, and transforming environments.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
