About the role
- Senior Manager connecting VAS, Product, and Engineering to deliver ARGUS Intelligence capabilities. Structuring requirements, backlogs, governance, testing, and releases for commercial real estate valuation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Act as the operational bridge between Valuation Advisory Services, Product, and Engineering
- Translate VAS business priorities and needs into clear, structured requirements
- Maintain a consistent intake process and reliable source of truth for priorities
- Manage and refine the product backlog with Product Managers
- Support prioritization, identify dependencies, and ensure requirements are ready for sprint planning and delivery
- Facilitate governance meetings, working sessions, prioritization forums, and sprint demos
- Track decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, blockers, and follow-through
- Track delivery progress across VAS, Product, Engineering, and other teams
- Identify issues and escalate blockers when needed
- Coordinate testing and UAT
- Prepare business users for new capabilities and capture post-release feedback
- Document requirements, decisions, delivery outcomes, and lessons learned
- Simplify, standardize, and automate operating processes
- Establish a scalable, repeatable operating model for delivering capabilities through the ARGUS Intelligence platform
- Help shape and deliver next-generation commercial real estate valuation and insights workflows
Requirements
- Experience in product operations, product delivery, business analysis, program management, or a related role
- Experience moving complex product or platform initiatives from business need through delivery
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, or implementation plans
- Experience with backlogs, prioritization, sprint planning, demos, UAT, testing, and release readiness
- Ability to manage dependencies, stakeholders, multiple priorities, timelines, risks, decisions, and workstreams
- Ability to work across business leaders, subject matter experts, Product Managers, Engineering, and technical teams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt detail for different audiences
- Critical thinking, judgment, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Comfort using AI and other tools to improve effectiveness
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar backlog and delivery tools is an asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Confluence is an asset
- Experience with commercial real estate, valuation, or a related industry is helpful but not required
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation, or process improvement initiatives is beneficial but not required
- Successful completion of applicable background checks may be required after a conditional offer
