About the role
- Project Management Lead delivering multi-track digital programs and portfolios for APPLY, an Agentic Customer Experience partner. Establishing AI-enabled delivery standards, managing clients, and supporting commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead small-to-medium programs and portfolios with multiple workstreams, up to $5M annual revenue
- Provide delivery direction to Project Managers and run individual tracks when needed
- Develop and execute program delivery plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions through resolution
- Enforce project management best practices and establish processes to address gaps
- Oversee team capacity planning and backfill Project Managers when needed
- Maintain an organized and current program knowledge base
- Coach teams on Waterfall, Kanban, Agile, and Agentic delivery methods
- Establish delivery guardrails and human review gates for AI-assisted outputs
- Structure work between AI agents and team members with risk logs and permission boundaries
- Align senior client stakeholders to an agentic operating model
- Report on program outcomes, time to value, delivery velocity, and measurable value validation
- Champion reusable prompts, skills, agents, and automations
- Manage executive and middle-management client relationships
- Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders
- Guide complex client situations and resolve tensions
- Partner with Client Services and account leadership to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and proposals
- Present delivery approaches, timelines, ways of working, resourcing plans, and budget estimates to prospective clients
- Collaborate across disciplines to standardize delivery approaches
Requirements
- 8–15 years leading end-to-end digital solution delivery in consulting or agency environments for enterprise clients, including multi-track programs
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite client leadership
- Expertise in Agile, Kanban, waterfall, and agentic delivery frameworks
- Strong commercial acumen across program budgets, forecasting, fixed-price and T&M agreements, and proposal estimates
- Experience delivering small-to-medium programs or portfolios up to $5M annual revenue from kickoff through closure
- Ability to demonstrate measurable value and maintain baseline margin targets while mitigating scope, timeline, and commercial risks
- Ability to mobilize and guide teams through ambiguity in an AI-driven environment
- Experience with Composable/Headless CMS, E-commerce/Commerce, Loyalty, Personalization, and Analytics
- Proficiency with Claude, Gemini, Co-pilot, JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Instagantt, Smartsheet, and Google Suite
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and delivery workflows across product, design, development, and QA
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and platform integrations
- Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI workflows for planning, documentation, and reporting, with critical evaluation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate conflict and influence stakeholders without formal authority
- Strong accountability, customer-centric mindset, adaptability, and sound judgment
- Preferred candidate based in Canada and working hours aligned to PT or ET
