- Ensure marketing initiatives move from strategy to market with clarity, accountability, and speed.
- Introduce structure, visibility, and alignment across the full campaign lifecycle.
- Own and maintain a unified marketing campaign calendar.
- Partner with senior marketing leaders for clarity on launches.
- Build and manage master workbacks for campaigns.
- Conduct structured launch readiness reviews.
- Provide weekly visibility into campaign health to the CGO.
- Maintain dashboards for tracking delivery confidence and milestone adherence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing project management, program management, or GTM orchestration in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing lifecycle dependencies.
- Experience working across multiple senior stakeholders.
- Ability to push back on unrealistic timelines while maintaining trust.
- Calm, structured, and politically savvy operator.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in high-growth environments (Nice to Have).
- Familiarity with revenue marketing models (Nice to Have).
- Experience implementing campaign governance frameworks (Nice to Have).
- Exposure to creative operations or brand systems environments (Nice to Have).
