About the role

  • Design Coordinator role at Aramark, focused on delivering high-quality sales proposals and collateral. Collaborating with the Business Resource Center to support team initiatives and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Supports all steps in the design and development of various enterprise sales proposals, RF(x) documents, presentations, client reports, and support materials
  • Meeting details and timelines of bid schedules
  • Document editing and layout formatting
  • Effective communication to clarify expectations on deliverables
  • Adhere to proven project management processes while identifying improvement opportunities
  • Apply style guides, interpreting brand identity and standards
  • Deliver high-quality deliverables on time
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and maintain effective communication
  • Meet all project deadlines while managing multiple requests
  • Work within established templates to align content with business objectives and standards
  • Solicit feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Apply a flexible approach to various projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting and executing multi-format client-facing sales materials/publications
  • Hold a degree in design, business, or communications, or comparable work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Experience with project management tools, CRM, and other relevant software
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented, and deadline-driven environment
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to improve process and deliverables
  • Ability to engage and interact effectively with team members, company leadership, contractors, and SMEs
  • Exceptional project management skills, multi-tasking, and quality of work under deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Portfolio of relevant marketing or sales materials required at interview stage.
