Responsibilities
Leads play an essential role in the delivery of client services at Argano.
As a Lead in Argano’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice within Oracle, you deliver high quality solutions to address our clients’ most pressing business challenges in a way that exceeds their expectations while building long-standing partnerships.
Collaborating with colleagues from across the OCM practice and Oracle business unit in a way that enhances the client experience.
Support the development of change deliverables across complex, multi-site locations; raising risks and recommending mitigation plans.
Conduct Adoption Readiness Assessments, evaluate results, and make recommendations and execute implementable tactical activities to develop and sustain the adoption of the change.
Develop communications materials based on the strategy and tactical plans specific client transformation aspirations.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering on Change Management teams.
Experience (3-5 years) in a professional services/consulting organization environment.
Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial / Systems Engineering, Business, or Management preferred.
Certified in established change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred.
Strong collaboration and team player.
Impactful and professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to be self-directed and prioritize work to develop key deliverables.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
