About the role
- Senior Product Designer working on B2B digital products in mobility and transportation. Lead end-to-end design processes and shape user-centric solutions for urban mobility challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for enterprise applications
- Translate and co-create requirements with product managers
- Create and refine user flows, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions
- Experiment and iterate for continuous improvement
- Design and maintain UI components in design system
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Present design concepts to stakeholders
- Mentor fellow designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Experience designing for global audiences with diverse user needs
- End-to-end product design experience
- Strong advocate for design thinking
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Portfolio review presentation expected
