Responsibilities

  • Developing and driving long term product strategies for assigned categories
  • Leading cross-functionally to implement new ways of working
  • Conducting global research to maintain expert knowledge of the market
  • Exploring new means of upcycling and strategies to scale use of excess materials
  • Collaborating with leaders cross-functionally to build new product concepts
  • Working with broader Product Management team to scale cutting-edge technologies

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in product management with product-led brands
  • 5+ years’ experience leading a team
  • Expertise in driving strategy, line planning and line architecture
  • Proven track record in developing and leading the execution of a multi-year business strategy
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to drive alignment across diverse cross-functional groups
  • Proven people leadership skills and the ability to build, coach and guide a diverse team
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity
  • Ability to identify root causes and develop solutions
