About the role

  • AI-Native Marketing Manager at Ataccama shaping market presence. Owns LinkedIn, customer advocacy, and builds AI-powered content systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end LinkedIn programs for our CEO and CPO: strategy, writing, scheduling, and reporting
  • Manage posting plans and tone-of-voice guidelines for field leaders and subject matter experts
  • Run the employee advocacy platform: content queues, enablement, and participation
  • Own the Ataccama LinkedIn channel: editorial calendar, daily publishing, and reactive content
  • Write social copy for product launches, press releases, events, and partner announcements
  • Build the customer advocacy program: advocate identification, reference management, and review campaigns on G2 and Gartner Peer Insights
  • Manage case study production: customer scheduling, interview prep, review cycles, and partner coordination
  • Work with CSMs and sales to keep advocates engaged and the pipeline of stories moving
  • Map content to buyer journey stages and surface gaps to the Director
  • Support email nurture execution in HubSpot: campaign emails, scheduling, and segmentation
  • Track and report on performance across social, advocacy, and email

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience across social, content, or advocacy programs
  • Genuinely AI-native: you use LLMs daily, have built automations or agents beyond basic prompting, and have a point of view on what works
  • Strong writer who knows the difference between writing that converts and writing that fills space
  • Comfortable with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and social scheduling and analytics tools
  • Curious about data, AI, and enterprise software; can write about technical topics in plain language
  • A doer who builds something repeatable, not just completes tasks
