Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of early careers and global development programs
- Gather, organize, and interpret employee feedback and program data
- Work closely with HR Centre to support efficient learning and talent processes
- Contribute to learning solutions, tools, platforms, and processes in partnership with global teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in learning and talent development operations, HR program coordination, or a related field
- Experience using learning systems, reporting tools, or related digital platforms
- Strong data, digital, and analytical skills, including experience with Excel, reporting, or dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support a range of stakeholders effectively
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is an asset
- Experience working within a shared services model
- Familiarity with learning systems such as Workday
- Exposure to bilingual delivery in English and French is an asset
