About the role

  • Learning & Talent Development Advisor coordinating learner engagement and supporting HR processes at AtkinsRéalis. Focusing on program delivery and collaboration across various business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of early careers and global development programs
  • Gather, organize, and interpret employee feedback and program data
  • Work closely with HR Centre to support efficient learning and talent processes
  • Contribute to learning solutions, tools, platforms, and processes in partnership with global teams

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in learning and talent development operations, HR program coordination, or a related field
  • Experience using learning systems, reporting tools, or related digital platforms
  • Strong data, digital, and analytical skills, including experience with Excel, reporting, or dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support a range of stakeholders effectively
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is an asset
  • Experience working within a shared services model
  • Familiarity with learning systems such as Workday
  • Exposure to bilingual delivery in English and French is an asset
