Responsibilities
Support the delivery of early careers and global development programs
Gather, organize, and interpret employee feedback and program data
Work closely with HR Centre to support efficient learning and talent processes
Contribute to learning solutions, tools, platforms, and processes in partnership with global teams
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in learning and talent development operations, HR program coordination, or a related field
Experience using learning systems, reporting tools, or related digital platforms
Strong data, digital, and analytical skills, including experience with Excel, reporting, or dashboards
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to support a range of stakeholders effectively
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is an asset
Experience working within a shared services model
Familiarity with learning systems such as Workday
Exposure to bilingual delivery in English and French is an asset
