About the role

  • Dealer Performance Specialist supporting OEM Auto Dealerships in North America with a focus on program enrollments, support, and training. Acting as liaison between stakeholders to optimize performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a connection point between Dealers, Field Reps, 3rd Party vendors and Internal stakeholders facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Handle the process of enrolling dealers in programs, likely related to the oADD platform.
  • Provide support to dealers on the platform, analytics and associated programs.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the oADD program and platform.
  • Assist in resolving B2B and B2C issues that may arise from dealers or connected 3rd parties.
  • Monitor and enhance performance and lead metrics for assigned dealers.
  • Assist field teams in educating and promoting awareness of the program among stakeholders.
  • Regularly assess the quality, accuracy, and relevance of all content on the website.
  • Evaluate content from an SEO perspective and ensure it contains relevant keywords.
  • Analyze how website content impacts visitor behavior and conversion rates.
  • Keep the website content up to date by removing outdated information and refreshing stale content.
  • Conduct regular keyword research to identify new opportunities for content creation.
  • Monitor the performance of different content pieces using analytics tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in website management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization tools and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Awareness of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices.
  • Experience in managing website projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing website updates.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and convey recommendations effectively.
  • Relevant certifications in web analytics, SEO, digital marketing, or project management could be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
