- Mobile Mortgage Specialist developing Calgary mortgage business for TD Bank. Building referral networks, managing client relationships, and driving sales with flexible home-office work.
Responsibilities
- Develop the mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
- Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted sales training
- Work closely with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions
- Use a sales management system designed for the mobile mortgage sales channel
- Build and manage an independent mortgage business using TD’s brand
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Develop new business and manage customer activity in a flexible work schedule
Requirements
- Proven sales track record
- Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base
- Self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills
- Independent, self-managed professional comfortable developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
