About the role

  • Growth Product Manager responsible for accelerating growth through user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborating with teams to optimize Autodesk’s digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the growth roadmap for marketing experiences, focusing on improving acquisition, activation, conversion and retention
  • Define clear growth hypotheses, success metrics and learning programs aligned with business objectives
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, required effort and strategic alignment
  • Support experimentation across the conversion funnel, including A/B and multivariate tests of messaging, user experience, offers and flows
  • Work closely with UX design to develop and iterate on creative and technical experiences
  • Ensure experiences are properly implemented, launched, monitored and analyzed
  • Leverage analytics, experiment results and qualitative insights to identify issues and opportunities
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to define measurement frameworks, dashboards and post-launch evaluations
  • Use competitive and market analysis to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities
  • Partner with engineering to translate growth opportunities into scalable product solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to align funnel strategy and execution
  • Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring alignment, clarity and momentum
  • Operate with a strong sense of urgency and ownership, ensuring initiatives move from idea to impact
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-changing environment
  • Communicate progress, learnings and outcomes clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, growth product management or growth marketing, with a focus on funnel optimization
  • Solid understanding of growth frameworks, experimentation methodologies and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience conducting A/B tests and analyzing experimental results to inform decisions
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting quickly to shifting priorities
