About the role

  • Product Manager responsible for growing the Queue product to drive recurring revenue for retail clients. Collaborating with international brands to align product vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Your main mission is to evolve our new product, Queue, into a strategic offering that generates more than 25% of our recurring revenue
  • Present and contextualize the roadmap to large international brands to align their strategic needs with our product vision
  • Align product strategy with Marketing, Support, and Sales to support business objectives and maximize our impact on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
  • Lead a squad of developers and QA to prioritize and rapidly deliver high-impact features that drive our business outcomes, especially for Enterprise clients using our Core products
  • Define, structure, and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing based on business value, expected outcomes, and technical constraints
  • Work in Agile/Scrum mode: participate in ceremonies, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth communication across all teams
  • Analyze data (Metabase, Amplitude, internal dashboards) to make informed decisions and measure performance
  • Gather the voice of the customer (support, interviews, direct feedback) to ensure product changes meet real user needs
  • Manage dependencies and technical constraints with a basic understanding of the technological context

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and regular use of tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Notion
  • Solution-oriented mindset: ability to manage expectations, say no when necessary, and solve complex problems
  • Strong product prioritization skills: frameworks, outcome-focused roadmaps, and time-to-market optimization
  • Customer-centric approach: conducting interviews, analyzing pain points, and actively incorporating feedback
  • Data-driven decision-making: understanding dashboards and basic knowledge of SQL
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal; comfortable working across francophone and anglophone teams
  • Comfortable working with large Enterprise organizations and their processes
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or other B2B digital technology
  • Experience with AI (agents, prototypes, or integrations)
